As I had mentioned to you, having it in the bilge in our 41 Viking Sportfish has turned our boat into a new boat.  All of the odors have disappeared totally and I could not imagine being without your unit.  Please ship the unit and one additional replacement module to the above address.

I wanted to say, "Kudos!" as I had a leak in my gas tank on the way to NJ.  So I turned around, got the small purifier with car adapter and used it the entire way to eliminate the odor in the car and my luggage.  What a lifesaver!  I used it in my room too, and was one of the few who did not have sinus or allergy troubles either.  I am definately sold!  Thanks for your support.

...I have also used it in my car that leaked water inside the car and soaked the rug.  The car sat for a month and when I opened the door, the smell was horrible from mildew.  I place the machine inside the car and ran it overnight with the doors and windows closed.  When I opened the door the next morning, the odor was gone!

We are currently using two Classic Marine CLM – 400 air purifiers on Grey Lady.  This vessel is a 44 meter, 300 passenger, high-speed catamaran which operates between Hyannis, Massachusetts and Nantucket Island.The passengers and crew were complaining about mildew, stale air, and other odors in the cabin spaces.  This vessel is fully carpeted with upholstered seats.  It also is climate controlled, so that there is a limited amount of cabin air exchange taking place.We began using these air purifiers three years ago, and have had excellent results.  This is a two deck vessel, so we put one purifier on each deck.  The cabin odors have been eliminated (as long as the purifier is turned on and operating).Thank you for providing us with a simple to use and dependable product.  Please feel free to contact me for any further questions.

I just wanted all of you to know what a pleasure it was meeting with you on Friday.  The time each one of you was able to spend with me was greatly appreciated and made me walk away with the confidence I had selected a very good company to work with.  An amazing thing happened on Saturday when I plugged in my new "RoomMate" in my 32 foot 5th wheel trailer.  The RV is only two years old and if you had asked us if there were any odors or smells, both my wife and I would have said no.  We left the unit plugged in for less than a couple of hours that afternoon.  Later that night, as we were falling asleep, we both realized that the whole RV had a pure, fresh smell.  Neither of us could tell you what it smelled like before, but we knew it was now totally different, totally pure, fresh and clean!

Boy, do I love my RoomMate 100!

I have a Catalina 30 that I keep year round here in south Florida.  While I have not had major smell issues, between the humidity of the summer, a closed boat, the scent of varnish, fiberglass, carpet, cushions, etc., the boat always had what my girls referred to as the "boat smell."  While not really offensive, it would work its way into everything; the pillows, foul weather gear, towels, etc.  I tried over the years to mask it with various sprays and room deodorizers, but as soon as you laid your head down on one of the pillows, or used a towel, it was there.

I had noticed your ad for several years on the benefits of ozone generators, but given the size and weight of your units, was a bit skeptical.  How could something so small and lightweight deliver such results?  After chatting with your technical support team this fall, I broke down and bought a RoomMate 100.  I plugged it on on Sunday and when I returned two days later--Voila!  No trace of the 'boat smell'.  I must have looked the fool as I ran around the boat smelling all of the cushions, towels, pillows, cabinets, etc., trying to catch a whiff of the ever present 'boat smell'.  But none was to be found!  Great Product!

I have never written to a company before, so please bear with me.

I am so impressed with your Classic Aire System I feel I must write and tell you, and also to send along a big thank you from my husband.

My husband is an avid cigar smoker.  I have always requested that when smoking his cigars he do it out on our patio or in our garage.  Reluctantly, but agreeably, he complied.  We had just finished putting in a beautiful sunroom in our home in Southern New Jersey.  Needless to say, I didn't include the cigar odor or smoke residue in our plans for the sunroom in our home.

About three weeks ago, a friend of ours gave us your brochure explaining your air treatment system.  Of course, my husband jumped at the chance to make him a little more comfortable while relaxing.  I must admit, I was very skeptical that it would work, but I agreed to give it a try.  When it arrived we tried it out right away, and lo and behold, it really works!!  We have ordered the CS3500 with sensor and I couldn't believe that that small box could do so much.  Our room is 15 x 18 and there was no odor anywhere in that room, including the furniture and the carpets.  We then gave it another test.  We took it to our smaller home in PA.  We gave it a try there also and it does work.  My husband smokes about 2 cigars a night, and there's not an odor to be found!  It worked so well, in fact, we ordered the CS3500 with sensor for our home in New Jersey so we don't have to bring it along with us.  This past weekend I amazed my husband and his associates when I said it would be fine if they lit up their cigars in my home!

I knew I had this great little box that would take care of odors.  By the way, it does a great job on cooking odors as well.  No odors go through the house.  We are very ahppy with your air system and I have been singing its praises to some of our friends who have smokers and cigar smokers in their family.

Thank you for making my husband's life a lot more comfortable, and me happy with a fresh smelling home.
