We offer   F R E E   UPS Ground Shipping in the United States on all purchases. 

If you are anxious to have your purchase arrive sooner, we also have a flat rate fee for UPS 2nd Day Air delivery of $20.00 and a flat rate fee for UPS Next Day Air delivery of $40.00.

                            

Return Policy

There will be no restocking fee if a product is returned within 30 days of the shipping date and is returned in "new condition".  All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to the return.

The RMA can be obtained by contacting R&J Marketing Enterprises, LLC by e-mail and the RMA Number must be clearly printed on the returned package.

All items are fully insured with the shipping company.  If you do not receive your shippment, or if the shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail and we will file a claim.  You must keep the original packaging materials as the shipping company may request examination.
